The customer service rep was very rude. I tried showing her worms that were evidently dead and she yelled at me saying she knew nothing about that and sent me to the back of the store. So rude and was so pleasant to the next customer. Was it the color of my skin or the type of pet I had? Idk

Too expensive ($18.99!!!) for the cheapy, China-made, toy I got. I also got this little bottle of 'calming drops' so I can cut my cat's nails, and those were $10.99. Also, they have NOTHING in stock. Basically everything in the are for cats were "out-of-stock". I'll be going to "mom & pop" stores from now on if I'm going to be paying exorbitant prices line that! **The cashier was a very nice young lady!

Love this place!! Could do a tiny better with stocking but everyone is so friendly and chance was super cool!!!!! Be looking for him soon for advice on my Shepard Akita mix Autumn he recently met!!!

I bought a beautiful, sweet baby parakeet, and the young lady, Lisa, was so helpful, kind and friendly making it a very pleasant experience. I named my new baby Tia, and she’s coming along nicely. Thank you!
