Shampooch Dartmouth

What a great experience at Shampooch! I was looking to get my two in pretty quickly, but saw that availability was into July so I didn’t book. They personally reached out and got me in within the week! Both Amity and Finn came out looking fluffy as ever, and even with Finn having some matting (he’s a big fluffy boy) they made him look perfect and made sure they let me know they had to cut some areas. They even helped and gave tips for how to brush out trouble areas on my own. The grooming report with photos, details, and little notes about how they did was the icing on the cake! I loved these little details afterwards. Thanks for a wonderful experience and I’ll be booking again for sure!

Lisa is truly amazing!! I was so desperate having a difficult time with my new pups nails she took me right in even doesn’t so much time with me explaining training, why I may be having a difficult time….it was more like a therapy session for me and my pet Autumn had an awesome experience!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Marley and Piper have been going to Shampooch for several years. Lisa is amazing and is the only one that Marley will allow to cut his nails. My dogs feel comfortable with Lisa and her staff and I would highly recommend Shampooch to anyone looking for a dog groomer.

Shampooch has been our groomer for a couple of years now. They always take such great care of our boys! Communication is fantastic as well as their appointment booking process. Drop off and pick up is a breeze and their Dartmouth location is in a great location. Happy clients in pics!

My dog got sick after this place and his records are at the Capecod Veterinary specialist. EDITED: I added a video of him. I am sure this is the answer to some unrealistic explanations. I would like to show how he does “not” like dryers and “bites” or shows teeth to me. By the way, you were not there or you didn’t want to come out to talk(!) and preferred to stay inside(!), I asked your employee what have you done to him? I am sure you hurt him so badly. But you are right, he cannot talk and you can say whatever you want and change the words to show yourself how you are “good” at your job.
