I called this place on 10/1 and 10/2 and have phone logs to show. I wrote down tool notes of all the information I was given regarding getting my male senior cat fixed. I was told before they could set up an appointment he would need to be seen by a vet and cleared (blood work, senior work up) they actually recommended I do this otherwise I would have to sign something before surgery basically a waiver if something were to happen . I explained the emergency situation I was in and asked how far out they would Book the appt. I was told since he’s a male once he’s cleared they could get him a appt in a few days. I have since taken him to the vet and had everything I needed done. Once I got his results and he was cleared I called today 10/8 and was met with the most unpleasant Woman on the pho

It's a nice little place on rt 6 with nothing else really around it. Close to reed road exit. I have only been in twice bc I just got a new kitty. every single employee has been fantastic and kills u with kindness. After 2 visit I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough how wonderful this group of people are. Spooky, a stray that’s been around our home, isn’t the friendliest patient. The staff was kind and patient. It’s very noticeable the staff loves their furry clients and what they do. Prices were affordable. Highly recommend Animal Associates to anyone who is looking for care for their 4 legged family member 🐾 Bob and Judy say thank you!

I brought Java and Sam to get neutered and spayed. The first day they had a hard time with the anesthesia (understandably), but just after that day, they went back to their cat duties and they're thriving. The ladies were always nice and they've always picked the phone up in case I had any questions.Thank you :)!

THEY SEEN MY CHIHUAHUA, NAMED, "MARLEY", THE SAME DAY, FROM JUST WALKING IN, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE REALLY BUSY... AND, THAT REALLY MEANT A LOT TO ME.... MY BABY WAS REALLY MISERABLE, ITCHING CONSTANTLY, FROM FLEAS, WHILE TREATED WITH ADVANTIX, AND GOT INFECTION FROM THE BITES.... THEY GAVE ME ANTIBIOTICS, AND A WONDERFUL ANTI-MICROBIAL SHAMPOO FOR HIS SKIN AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING IN 2 DAYS.... NEW CHEWABLE FLEA MEDICATION, AND THE PRICE WAS REALLY REASONABLE.... ALREADY MADE APPOINTMENT FOR MY OTHER BABY.... THANK YOU.....
