Amazing facility, I brought my cat Starr here a long time ago, she was old, fading, she had kidney failure, going senile, and she had dementia and didn't know who I was but could remember my voice. They treated her with such kindness and tenderness, it was hard for me to part with my girl after having her for over a decade. They assured me she was in very good hands, this was in 2009 around February. I have a girl in my life her name is Belle Starr. I highly recommend this facility they will show your pets the upmost respect and tenderness.

Don’t leave your pet here for boarding unless you want them left alone for 16 hours every night. We boarded our pet prior to our trip to Europe hoping he’d be in good hands. My boyfriend was told upon drop off by two staff members that there were staff on the grounds during the night monitoring the animals. It wasn’t until halfway through our trip that we found out in fact nobody is there from 5pm-9am. The facility looks like a pound and the rooms for the pets are so small. We had to request a bed for our pet otherwise he would’ve slept on the concrete. Luckily we were able to find a relative to get our dog out of there before we returned so he didn’t have to spend another night. 320$ for what? Also told it was 40$ a night. We were charged for the day of pickup even though he did not spend

I was planning to board here until I saw the review about the dogs being left alone for 16 hours, basically from 5 pm closing time until after 9 am the next morning. I couldn't believe this was true. I called them and confirmed that this is indeed how they operate. The person i spoke to tried to tell me this is how many kennels operate. NO! It is not true for boarding kennels! So this means dogs are forced to pee and poop where they eat and sleep. Most dogs, especially very young or elderly, cannot hold it this long. This is absolutely cruel and neglectful and I know this would cause my dogs to suffer. So if you are planning to board somewhere make sure there are final bedtime turnouts, typically around 8:30-9 pm, and 1st turnouts in the mornings are typically 7:30 - 8 am.

Have had my little guy Oliver for a year now. It took about two months on wait list to be able to to get a small dog though well worth the wait and paperwork. It is expensive as many are shipped up from the south and go through quarantines etc to guarantee they are healthy and small dogs are a wait anywhere in MA. $550 adoption fee though had all his shots etc (those annual shots are expensive with a vet otherwise anyway so overall the price works out). I had been told Oliver was not housebroken as per foster though it only took me three weeks and some google research to set him right from what must have been adjustment fears etc so if you have the time and patience don’t be afraid to get one that may have a little issue. I would give five stars for the kind staff, I got lots of time to me
