On a moments notice I was able to get my puppy in for a weight check so he could get the proper dose of Nexgard. Makayla was kind and quick to help me get records transferred from their other clinic. Excellent service and staff!
I used Channel Island Vet many years ago. It has been 15 years and I now have a new pet. They remembered me after all these years! The staff and the Vets are personable, they answers all my questions and spend whatever time you need. I would highly recommend Channel Islands Vet!
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every time I’ve been here, it’s been nothing but amazing. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always quick to answer any questions I have. My cat has even undergone dental surgery here, and they would give me calls and updates to let me know what’s going on. I only came here previously due to them being able to see him quickly when I first got my cat, and I’ve stuck around due to the kind, professional, and caring service myself and my cat has received.
The staff is always SO wonderful with our dog! He is not a fan of coming to the vet but everyone treats him so nicely to make him feel welcome. We were recommend to Channel Island Vet by a neighbor and are so thankful for Dr Hovan.
CIVH is the BEST Vet Hospital! I first went to them in 2013 when my first dog had a rare issue where she couldn't close her mouth, my regular vet was not able to see us and Dr. Garrolini was able to fit us in and treated my beautiful girl to her normal self, and we haven't gone to another vet again. Dr. Anderson (now retired), Dr. Mackinnon and Dr. Peyser have all been amazing with my Sheyla then and with my Lucy now. And dont get my started with the staff through out the years and now Nancy, Kat, Holly, Christine, Colleen, Sonia, Everyone that has seen my Lucy; Ive never met a friendlier, more kind staff and who love my girl. Lucy just LOVES it when I say it's time to go the Vet and If that's not a testament of how great they are I'm not sure what is. Thank you CIVH!!! I appreciate you al
