I waited a month to get an appointment with this mobile dog grooming service fr my dogs, which was already frustrating. When they confirmed the appointment, they sent a text clearly stating that customers would be charged if they canceled. Unfortunately, the company did not hold themselves to the same standard. On the day of my scheduled appointment, no one showed up and I received no call or message explaining why. I waited, called and even texted them multiple tiles and tried to be patient, assuming there may have been a delay. However, after all my attempts I didn’t hear anything from them until almost a week later. I'm not sure why others gave bad reviews. I had a great experience with Stan. He was super gentle and sweet with my dog. He did a great job. The service is kind of pricey compared to dropping your dog off at a brick and mortar place, but obviously you pay for convenience. My dog is old and nervous and I'm not comfortable leaving her at an unknown place for hours. This was a great solution, and I really feel blessed to have found them. Thanks!
