Barking good grooms

If I could I would give them Absolutely NO STARS!!! I brought my dog to this groomer trusting that she would be treated safely and professionally. On her grooming appointment, she suffered a medical emergency, she was having a seizure and they did not noticed, once I picked her up I had to rush to the emergency vet. Sadly, she passed away shortly after. I will never forget this experience, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same pain. Losing her has been devastating, but knowing this happened while she was under their supervision makes it even harder to accept😭 RIP my beautiful baby.

Matt has groomed my dogs multiple times since we moved to Port Hueneme. A few times, we've had to adjust times or dates, but I'm flexible. My dogs aren't the easiest to handle, but Matt gets them in and out quickly. I'd recommend him and will continue to return because he is consistent and clearly a friendly guy.

This business lacks communication and does not act professionally. The grooming did not match what was discussed at all. My dog’s haircut was done very poorly and looks rushed, as if they were just trying to finish quickly rather than follow instructions.

It’s been extremely difficult to try and reach this groomer. Calls and texts go unanswered. Finally received a text back days later. Told me to come 8/22 and scheduled an appointment for 11am. Came today and waited outside of the location for more than 40 mins. No response, no call, no pick up. Do not waste your time. Find another groomer who is willing to do business.

Matthew did an awesome job on my golden doodle Nalah previous groomer shaved my dog completely he actually took the time demat her.
