Catio BoB

Almost 4 years ago we had our catio built by Catio Bob. Around two weeks ago, I reached out to find out how to adjust something. I got an immediate answer and it was resolved the following week when Catio Bob was in town. Fabulous product and customer service!

He built one for us about 5 years ago, my cats love it. Too bad his new found fame makes it harder to get one built now. Tried dealing with his partner, Allison to get another built. Evidently if you can't work with their schedule they jus shine you on, even after signing their contract. Too busy for the small builds.

So I was in need of a catio built for my three cats. I live in SC and found Bob on the web. I emailed them and they responded back in a timely manner to explain they don’t service my area. I responded back to thank him and also mention I found a reputable contractor in my area that can construct what I want. They responded back by giving me some vital info to give to my builder and the wiring materials gauge and size. I passed that on to my builder and he was appreciative of that. I give Bob 5 stars for professionalism and going over and above. Also doing what a business owner does when a customer reaches out to them even though I’m not in his area.

We just had our catio installed and we are thrilled with it. It's even better than we imagined. Our cats are starting to explore it and I have a feeling that it will be hard to get them back into the house. Thank you so much for working with us to give us just what we were looking for.
