Carpet One Gallery did a poor job on my flooring. It's been three years, and I still have areas that need repair. They made several mistakes while attempting to fix the problems, and now my flooring is uneven. The insurance representative handling this case is very cunning; they overcharge my insurance, which has made my homeowners insurance very expensive.

We recently embarked on a project that included new flooring for five primary rooms. On a recommendation from a Real Estate friend, I visited Carpet Gallery- Floor One on Mercury Blvd, in Hampton, VA. I was greeted by the Founder/Owner and introduced to the store owner and others present. I shared my parameters of our desired flooring and price range. I was given several samples of carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile to review for our spaces. Although it took me a great deal of time to "make up my mind", they never rushed me, nor did they push me to make a sale. I recently purchased a beautiful remnant 12x12 with bound edges for less than I priced a 5x8 carpet with a runner from Walmart!!! I'm so glad I went in. I thought they'd be too expensive for me. I was happily shocked at their price's and they delivered for a faction of what I expected. I could not recommend them enough.

I was told to come here and ask for Aaron, and I’m so glad I did. From the time it took to walk in the door, select carpet, and schedule the install, we were there for maybe 20 minutes. Aaron made the whole process painless, and his install guys did a great job of putting the carpet down. I will definitely be returning here in the future for my flooring needs!

My experience was unsatisfactory in my opinion. They were contracted by my home owners insurance to replace floors damaged by a water leak. We ordered new floors (laminate for all rooms except laundry room and bathrooms, which were ceramic tile). The first issue was info given concerning how the demolition of the old floors (carpet) would take place. They told us to leave large furniture and move smaller pieces. Move everything else waist high or put on the larger furniture and the installer would take care of everything else. Then they told the installer that there was no furniture in the house. When the installer arrived to find that there was furniture and other items to be moved, he was not able to start the work on the laminate floor; they had to come back two days later to allow us
