ordered live fish from here for overnight delivery. It was not sent overnight and the fish died. The packaging looked like it was handled by an 8 year old considering the bags were ripped and leaking. Awful consideration to detail with this company. I would recommend going with another company that actually cares about their customers and livestock

I just received a $300 order. I literally had to take the box outside after I opened. The contents had a brown substance on them and it smelled like a feedlot, yeah, like SHI-!!!! Took 3 hand washings to get the smell off my hands. I'm going to have to throw out the entire order. I'm done with this clown show.

Ordered wrong thing by mistake . Item was $18.99 and BRS wants $12.99 to return it. I’ve been shopping with them for years. Although I acknowledge this is my mistake. I just expected a company to treat its customers a little better. I’ll shop with the competitors who offer free returns from now on. You can do better BRS.

They used to be a great place to buy anything aquarium, recently something changed for the worst! Calling for support you get extremely long elevator music making you hang up after 45 minutes! I tried 3 times when my order was wrong, a couple items were wrong, then I emailed them still no response??? All I can say if they get your order wrong you will probably be stuck with what you received and have to buy elsewhere or buy something like I did it make it work. There's rumors they were purchased by an investment company? If true that usually never ends well most will drain a company like vampires until nothing is left then move on to another to bankrupt it's the new American way.

Wow just wow! My husband purchased over 400$ worth of products for Black Friday to get a special gift they were advertising… guess what he got… a whole 10$ off coupon. What a joke. We definitely will be taking our business elsewhere.
