I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff was thorough, attentive, empathetic, and incredibly communicative. During such a stressful time, they made sure I understood every step and treated both me and my pet with genuine kindness and respect. When my fur baby suddenly took a turn for the worse, the team supported me through one of the most difficult decisions a pet owner can face. Their empathy and patience while helping me say goodbye meant more to me than I can express. I truly felt that my dog was treated with dignity, love, and the highest level of care. Excellent service and care. Our cat had a blockage in his urethra which can be fatal. The staff at BluePearl took Chester in immediately and gave him top quality care. We appreciated being given all the information as far as treatment plans, costs and when we'd hear from the doctors. They did exactly what they said they would do. The doctors I spoke with on the phone (and in the facility) were very caring and spent so much time with us. I never felt rushed. There were no surprises as far as costs. And best of all Chester is doing very well back at home. Thanks to everyone who was involved in his care.

Took my service dog in around 12 noon on a Friday per my vets recommendation. She was triaged around 12:30 pm. The vet tech was great. I saw the Vet around 1pm. Was told they recommended some imaging and an over night stay. I of course agreed. Turned out that she did not need major surgery but just a new drainage valve for a puncture wound my vet, not associated with BluePearl, had originally treated. The overnight stay, imaging and treatment cost $5k+. I love my dog, she is a necessity for me. That said, I believe they could have fixed the valve that day and not charged me for the overnight hospitalization, $3700+, and everything would have come out the same.

From the warm welcome at the front desk to surgeon, our little dog was treated as if he was their own pet. We had daily updates and photos that assured us he was in good hands! We were blessed to have the staff of Blue Pearl care for our dog Dash❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾

This place was amazing. We brought our cat in fearing for her life and they helped us every step of the way. The called us twice even three times daily while our cat was with them and kept us updated on her condition. They took time to answer all our questions and walk us through everything, even showing us how to administer certain medicine. The Vets were 10/10 so kind and caring and helpful. Our cat is so shy and skittish and somehow by the end of the weekend she was besties with a vet tech, just going to show the extra effort they put in to make her comfortable
