We were so excited to add little Gilbert to our family! After the loss of a guinea pig, Gilbert seemed like the best fit for us and is enjoying the easy life ♡ Very kind staff and very pleasant experience for both us and little Gilbert

My partner and I adopted a puppy from here a few months ago and all was great at first. The next day he started sneezing, vomiting, having trouble breathing, so we already had his vet visit scheduled by the shelter so we went and got him checked and it turns out he had kennel cough and coccidia worms in his intestines. We were saddened to hear that he had all of this as we were never informed of this but we understand that this stuff can spread to other dogs rapidly and unknowingly. Thankfully, the shelter covered the costs for medication which was great of them. Other than that everything has been great! We love our little Bodie and wouldn’t trade him for the world.

We had to put our amazing dog Thora down at the age of 16 and other than the 3 weeks it takes to get an appointment they were super compassionate and they allowed us all the time we needed with her. They also sent us her paw pri ts in the mail! Cost was very reasonable compared to other vets or at home euthanasia.

🚨‼️𝗕𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘‼️🚨 Just stay away from this place!! (WE ADOPTED MAX) black lab mixed. The dogs aren’t healthy at all!! The staff here are dishonest and evil. They lie and will make it seem like you’re the problem!! I feel bad for every last animal there!! We adopted a dog that got our whole family sick!! We have vet records to show the dog was sick!! We needed to surrender the dog ASAP due to us having a premie baby in the house that got sick as well!! Advised we DID NOT want him not to get the care he needs due to us all being sick and not being able to clean up his diarrhea!! Management said that was considered a “threat of neglect” after CLEARLY STATING WE DID NOT want such thing to occur, and they gave us a one year ban.. which is fine we would never adopt from here again anywa

Had our good boy snipped here. Great service at very affordable prices. They definitely care about ensuring quality care is accessible to all. Our dog has healed quickly and perfectly from his operation. He was up and at 'em almost immediately.
