We cannot say enough good things about Broadway Veterinary Hospital and their incredible staff. Our elderly dog had a sudden episode around 4:45 pm, right before closing. Dr. Bjornson and Terri graciously offered to stay open late so we could bring him in, which meant everything to us in that moment. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. Throughout the entire process, the team was incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and patient. They gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye privately, never making us feel rushed. They truly made one of the hardest moments of our lives a little more bearable. Kate was very personable the entire time. She treated our cat with so much respect and care that I knew she was the one for us. We recently moved from another state and feared finding a new vet since we have a senior cat but she handled all of our concerns. We have definitely found our new vet!

Our dog was very afraid of a loud dog in the waiting room. She wouldn’t leave the exam room because when she tried it would roar at her. The owner seemed oblivious. So the vet assistant took a large towel and screened her from view and we walked right out in silence. All care, medical and otherwise, is great at Broadway vet! We will always recommend and go to Broadway vet!

They saved my cat's life! They're educated and know what they're doing. They're compassionate! Their understanding is superb, not just with the animals but with the humans as well. They know how to work with people that may not be the healthiest.I mean, this is mayo city for all given purposes, most of us coming in are just as sick as our pets. After calling nearly every local vet clinic, Broadway Veterinary Hospital was the only one that had a critical medication called Yunnan Baiyou in stock. Dr. Loren kindly took a last-minute call and authorized me to purchase a box for my beloved pup battling hemangiosarcoma, helping us bridge a gap in our supply. We had to use the emergency pill from that pack, and I truly believe it kept her alive through a severe internal bleed, giving us precious extra time together. Thank you to Dr. Loren and the entire staff. Your compassion and responsiveness meant the world to our family. The memories from these extra days will be cherished forever.
