Best Friends Pet Hotel

I love Best Friend Pet Hotel for my rescue dog, Blue B., she is only 9 months old little girl. The staff is incredibly friendly, Rick, Bianca, and the whole team are caring, and making me feel confident that they are going to take care of my precious rescue dog. I appreciate that they have cameras so I can check in on Blue anytime and see how she is doing. They have a regular space for dogs and “luxury rooms” with a TV for them. I have never seen something like that. 😂 The playground is spacious and well-maintained, giving her plenty of room to run and play. The sleeping area for the dogs is impressively large, spotless, and comfortable. They offer every service I could need for Blue—from playtime, boarding, grooming, etc.—making it a true one-stop place for her care. Here is a picture af

The staff is great!! Penny is always excited for day care. Her boarding experience was great. When I picked her up she was happy clean and hair cut amazing. The groomer Brandon did an excellent job! Would highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!!!

My pup is so happy to arrive here for daycare, she runs to the door! That tells me a lot. She loves playing with other small dogs (in an area separate from larger dogs). Prices are fair. Staff is super friendly and love their jobs. We could not be more satisfied with Best Friends Johnson Ferry!

My guinea pigs stayed here for 4 days this summer and it was a smooth check-in and out process. I called multiple times and was met with a friendly greeting and update on them. I'm glad they keep small animals upstairs and away from "danger." Hoping they get small animal cages onsite soon so I don't have to transport my own, but otherwise no complaints. First time boarding, will return!!

The staff at BestFriends is phenomenal. Moose and I feel welcomed every time we walk through the door. They have helped me raise a well adjusted puppy.
