Beaus Chateau For Pets

We spent 3 days at Great Wolf Lodge with our girls and were traveling with our dogs. We researched and found Beaus online. Texted a few questions to them prior to booking and felt already at home with their quick response and knowledge. Drop off was quick and easy and the team welcomed our pups like they were their own. We had pictures within 20 minutes of dropping them off of them exploring and playing with their new pup friends. Each day we got text and picture updates which we loved! We never worried about how they were doing because we knew. At pick up, we got a report card of things they loved and how they ate and played, as well as a goody bag to go home with! My boyfriend and I would be just miserable people without Ms. Katie (owner) and team in our lives. We have 3 dogs under the age of 3 which is clinically insane of us to do to ourselves and I cannot imagine raising these puppies without Beau’s. Yes, I said “raising” because “it takes a village” and Beau’s IS OUR VILLAGE. We have a 2.5 year old, somewhat-wirey-coated, 40 pound girley. A Shih Tzu mix that’s 1.5 years old with a fluffy coat, like 15 pounds. And our youngest is 11 months, probably 60 pounds — he’s Aussie Shepherd, Golden, and Husky. They ALL see Ms. Kierstyn for grooming. Our youngest is in love with her and she’s amazing with my girls who are more shy. She does a 10/10 job everytime. Our’s go to Beau’s for daycare 2x a week, all 3 of them. I won’t lie, it adds up for us (lol

We were recommended Beau’s Chateau for boarding our dog when we moved to the area last year and are so happy to have found them! They communicate on a regular basis so we always know how our pup is doing while we’re away. They are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the care of the pets. I would highly recommend trusting them with your fur babies!

Been taking my pup to Dianas personal touch since 2019. When I heard that in Sept of 2023 there were new owners taking over I'll admit I was a bit nervous. But after talking with the new owners and staff I felt completely at ease leaving my best friend there for an extended stay. It was apparent the knowledge, expertise and love they had for each animal under their care. Recently I had to go out of town, unexpectedly. They made it so easy to get my boy in there. I'm not away from him often so I had my own anxiety about how he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised to have gotten a text update on how he was doing and pictures of him playing with other dogs! I am so happy with all the services they provide. I wouldn't recommend anything that I didn't belive in, but Beau's offers great service

Max & Harper continue to attend doggie daycare at Beaus. They absolutely love to go here to play A LOT with their friends. (The vet praised Harper for losing 10 more pounds from playing at daycare!) They walk in like they own the place! The staff greets & spoils them every time they arrive. They come home very tired! A tired dog is a good dog! 💖. You cannot ask for a better facility & staff in Traverse City! You can see their pics after being groomed by Krysten, Harper saying hi to staff, & my dogs sound asleep after playing at daycare!
