Barking Palace

I’m so sorry to say that I took my baby to Barkin Palace for summer cut , Whoever groomed, her did horrible, horrible job. I thought the bandanna around her neck was so cute when I removed it and saw where her haircut was so uneven some places she’s cut down practically to the skin and other places is patches of long hair. The cut is so uneven. It’s just terrible terrible job for $75. It is the worst. I won’t be going back. Thank you for responding. However there were no mats in Her coat. She was just at PetSmart grooming three weeks ago for a Luxury wash. I brought her to you to show support for small businesses and to get what I thought would extra care. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a grooming business. I brought in my two yorkies for a normal grooming, and when I picked them up they had the choppiest, most uneven cut I’ve ever seen on them. Their nails were done unevenly, and they still had crust in their eyes. I still left a nice tip, and when I got home I called and voiced my concerns, only to be met with a callous and unapologetic tone from the groomer, Jamie (or Jaime). I had already decided not to bring my puppies back, because she clearly doesn’t care.

If I can give this place ZERO STARS I WILL , I’m Very Upset With This Place Yesterday My Mother Took My Dog Here to get Groomed & He Came back home rubbing his eyes I really didn’t pay much attention due to me thinking he was just irritated with the perfume or spray they put on him , so I was upstairs taking care of something’s & heard him none stop crying I went downstairs and when I checked him his eyes were red & left eye was shut closed full of wetness I tried to look in it & investigate what was wrong , my dog had a cut on his eyebrow & he couldn’t manage the pain , I called them to inform them that my dog had a cut on his eyebrow and why Wasn't I informed the Owner said she did not cut him he must have an allergic reaction I told her my dog don’t have no allergies and I can clearly s

Jamie is amazing!!! My Dog Wednesday is not a big fan of grooming and gets easily scared of the sounds of the razor. Jamie was able to handle her and cut her exactly how I wanted. Hi well I just wanted to let everyone know that I have a very difficult pup and most places I have been to on the island won’t groom him. Barking palace always takes him and does the best for my pup. I am more concerned about his well being and safety than a perfect cut. I know some places on his leg and feet will be longer bc he hates the buzzer and they try to hand scissor it to make it blend. But I appreciate them taking him and doing there best for him.
