Banfield Pet Hospital

I love this place and the wonderful employees. You can tell that they really do care about your pet. They were wonderful with my dog and me. They explained everything in great detail, from what they would do to treat my dog, to how much everything would cost for every possible scenario. Amber was extremely informative and caring. The doctor was amazing, every girl that I met with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital. I am so glad that my friend recommended this service. I won't go anywhere else now. The store itself is amazingly merchandise and very clean. The PetSmart staff is also extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

Christine at the Webster store is professional, knowledgeable and informative. A great asset. These are the things I like about the business: 1) Service offerings. I bought a program that takes care of most of what he would need done at a fixed price for a year. 2) Cost. Very reasonable all-in program makes total sense. It is very comprehensive and affordable. 3) On time. 4) Knowledge. They know everything Otter needed. I know that private equity is taking over this industry, but this place doesn’t have that vibe. And I don’t work for them either lol.

They got our cat in on a weekend with extremely short notice when everyone else was turning us away. They were super helpful trying to figure out what was wrong with her. We felt the price was very reasonable and they didn't pressure us to do everything at once, but said we could take her diagnosis/treatment one step at a time so that we wouldn't waste time and money on unnecessary testing. She got better quickly when we tried the first thing they suggested! Super happy with them!

I was a bit skeptical to come here after seeing many bad reviews but my experience was actually great. Very kind from the reception to the vet tech. They honored the free exam coupon for first timers and didn’t push the wellness plan when I wasn’t sure yet. They listened to my concerns and made sure to check with me first on what was needed to be done and on the pricing. They saw me on time and treated my kitten with care and kindness. My kitten was treated for something simple, so I’m not sure how it is for more complex illnesses or injuries. I would come here again though.

Dr. Kori is absolutely amazing. Our 14 year old blind pug is treated with so much love and wonderful care. Please don't ever leave would never ever find such a wonderful veterinary doctor who could ever fill your shoes.
