Banfield Pet Hospital

They're very expensive. They can't determine the weight of my poodle 9.9 pounds, 10 1/2, 18 lb. They are not sure what type of dog she is, sometimes she's listed as a terrier. She is a full bred poodle. They're confused on her birthday I've had three different birthdays on her paperwork. If they work for McDonald's they would be doing very good as a cashier by suggestive selling. They want to give the dog all sorts of different vaccines I've had poodles for five decides never even heard of a half of these.

The staff was great however, I do not like the fact the vet only came in the room due to the tech not giving her the proper info that I relayed to her. Otherwise the vets do not come in and speak with you. I also did not like the fact they took my dog in the back to do the exam. That is something I think every pet owner would like to ensure all info is relayed properly.

Took our little docksan, there had her examined $559 later. They said there's nothing wrong with her and gave her pain. Pills tried to kind of tack. The doctor to see why we're gonna give her pain fills if there's nothing wrong with her. She's still in misery. So we took her to another animal hospital in Indian Head, and they did a thorough examination of her. And her anal glands were severely swollen, they had to drain them, and her back. Tail is broken, but she was dismiss by Banfield. Animal hospital as being healthy and no problem. No broken bones, they never did an X. Ray I don't want to have a clue. How much they would have charged for that? But the Indian animal hot Hospital did a wonderful job and told us.Everything are gonna try to get people to help out.And we can't even get the

No one answers the phone! If they do answer they have you on hold for 20 plus minutes, forcing you to just hang up and try again. I’ve received text messages and emails about it being time for my dog’s vaccinations. I called because I have questions and concerns before scheduling. I understand having a high call volumes, but having customers wait over 20 minutes is not what I consider customer service.

This is the second time I have had concerns and have called and left a message requesting to be contacted, but I did not receive any response from the doctor. Previously, the lack of communication led to my dog losing his eye. Now, I am dealing with my dog's kidney failure and still cannot get anyone to call me back. At the last two visits, I received different diagnoses regarding his quality of life. If I get another dog, I will look for a different veterinarian for their care.
