St. Charles Animal Hospital

I had trouble even finding a vet that would take a new client, but St Charles stepped up. I was comforted by the fact that I used to take my childhood pup here 40 years ago. My first visit with my current pup didn’t disappoint. I felt like we “came home”.

The staff at St. Charles Animal Hospital is amazing. My dog has been having a few issues over the past several months and they have gone above and beyond to ensure he is being cared for. To include follow up emails and phone calls to check on his progress and to ensure he is getting better. This past weekend however I had to unexpectedly bring him back in and he was able to be seen Dr. Siskovich and the vet tech Katelyn. The amount of time and care they put into checking him out and giving me the best answers they could was amazing. They gave us several resources to make sure he is able to get the care he needs for his issues. I wouldn’t trust my pets to any other hospital! Drs. Neuman, Davis, and Siskovich have been caring for my pets since 2015. My cat Charisma had a dental the other day and Missy the RVT took extremely good care of her and gave me a call right after the procedure so I could have peace of mind. High quality of medicine and great patient care!

I thoroughly enjoy visiting St. Charles Animal Hospital and trust the staff there. The care and service are excellent, which is why I keep coming back. The only downside is the long wait times for appointments, which can be as long as two to three weeks. I understand this reflects how popular and valued the practice is, but the delays have made me consider looking elsewhere when I need more timely care.

I chose this pet hospital because it had great reviews, and it lived up to expectations. The staff were nice and welcoming. Our tech, Missy was very sweet with our cats and very knowledgeable on cat care. I also appreciated that she explained everything that she did so we knew what was being used and why. Will definitely continue to bring our cats here! I also appreciated that they offered a military discount.
