I went to get a corporate number and get a full refund because I had a maggot or worm in my dog food. I was given a hard time and was given $17 for a $39 bag of food for some reason. She said it’s more than 30 days old and couldn’t find my purchase in the system. On the app it said “last purchased 8/11/25”. She said I can call the number on the receipt. Which I did and they can only assist with online orders. DUMB… I need to find a new food at PetSmart! Uugghhhh!! And I have been a loyal customer for many years and this is what I get. Sad! I still have no corporate number or email.

We got our dog groomed here after the upper Marlboro PETCO closed. They did a great Job with her bath, nails and teeth. They were very friendly in the grooming area.

This Petco is a nice place with great employees! They have Ferrets and they seemed to love to play and were hilarious. They have a great variety 😀

I I went here few times and I have semi ok experience because there is usually one or two people working the entire store but I went there few days ago, looking for food for my pet lizard, and I had so much in my hand and I went to the register and there was one lady waiting in front of the register and there was nobody coming to the register. There was one more person in the floor helping another customer with the purchase so now there is more people behind me. We were like seven in the line at this point … 10 minutes later, I see one guy walking very slowly to the register no sorry no apologizing taking his sweet time having a full-blown conversation with the woman in front of me while seven of us just waiting in. Absolutely stocked with options. I love this place! Some things are overpriced, but you can actually test them on your pets. I also love taking my pets here. It's a great vibe.
