Dees Mutts Dog Grooming

My Blaize (my Furbaby) 1st time here on 10/21/25. I'm soo happy we found this location. The young lady that attended to both my Furbabies that day made me feel so relaxed and relieved when I left them. She made sure Blaize (8 months old) was comfortable before I left. All of the ladies had welcoming smiles. It's also very neat and clean in there after each grooming. I will definitely be going back.

I have been going for a couple of months to Dees Mutts Grooming. I highly recomend this place for tour furry pets. I have an amazing groomer which is JASMINE. She does excellent work. My baby comes out so fresh and clean. This place is so friendly an nice. Thank you for all your hard work.

I have came here a couple of times already with Daisy and Milo. My experience has been wonderful 😊 Jasmine gives me updates on them when they are almost ready and they come out looking cute 🐾💕. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Today's drop off was not a good experience. I dropped my maltipoo for grooming with Jasmine today and was greated with an attitude. I don't know what was going on but her greeting and customer service was zero. She was grooming another dog when we are arrived. Her greeting was cold, impersonal and rude. When she checked him, she told me that he would need to be cut pretty low because there was some matting. Grant it, there may have been a some matting, but the whole experience was with an attitude. After leaving him, minutes later, I called to request his pick up. I couldn't get beyond the service that I received. Do better!! Period!!! People will never forget how you made them feel. Work on your customer service skills because they are lacking.

Took my baby here prices was amazing and they had him ready and so clean and the cut was beautiful. Went to petsmart grooming and petco a few time paid almost the same amount but they did half the work this place did everything just happy I found them :)
