Banfield Pet Hospital

My wife and I brought our Mini Poodle here for her first set of shots. We couldn't ask for better more kind people to trust our baby with. Although they did threaten to"steal" her. They did such a great job with her and even gave her a little trim where needed. Definitely our new go to vet.

Today I accompanied my mother as we had to say goodbye to my baby sister Sassy. They say 14 years is a pretty good life for a dog, but for us it was not nearly enough time!! Dr Carpenter and the staff at Banfield in Latham, NY were beyond exceptional!! The compassion, kindness and genuine caring that they had for all of us is something that I will never forget!!! Thank you all for making an extremely difficult time, a little bit easier. You are special people!!❤️❤️💔💔

Everyone at Banfield Latham is absolutely wonderful! Not only is it a super affordable option for pet health, but every single employee from the front desk girls, vet techs to the doctors are incredible and really make you feel like you and your pet are valued. I am an anxious kitty mom, and everytime I call with any question no matter how small they validate me and address my concerns. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I have two cats, and have received wonderful services since 2021. All of the veterinarians have always been courteous to me, have explained all treatments for their wellness care, and their ailments, and surgeries. They provide helpful Wellness Plans to meet my cats' different needs, and they are more than reasonable with scheduling. I give five stars, and would highly recommend Banfield. From Pet mom, Debbie. I have the Welness plan through Banefield veterinary services. I bring my 4yr old Yorkie Luna there for all her vet services...shots nail trimming check ups labs blood work and medicine if needed. I get Luna's flea, tick and worm medicine once a month pill 6 month supply included in her Wellness Plan. I have the plan that includes teeth cleaning, and all for a reasonable price. I have to convince of shopping for all her pet needs right there in Pet Smart. The service is great the staff are great, it a win win all aroind.
