Banfield Pet Hospital

I had amazing experiences since coming to Banfield. I used the 24 hour pet care chat when I had questions. All the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I’m definitely saving money with the Active Care package.

All the staff and doctors are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My dog has bad allergies so we are there more often than typical. He loves going to the vet and is always so happy to go in and visit with his friends. They always answer all my questions, and get us in in a timely manner when he has flair ups. The prices are reasonable for everything except the cytopoint allergy injections.

They were really understanding and very kind when it was time to put my baby down. They made it very special and gave me plenty time with her saying goodbye. When I get her remains back they were very apologetic and sweet to me.

Wonderful all around ❤️ My fur baby was in desperate need of 20 teeth removed. It's great to see her feeling great & no death breath now. The staff went overboard to help. We just lost our son, so their kindness & help meant more than they know. Her brother missed her.

I’ve taken my dog here several times over the years and have had problems with banfield in the past, most i’ve forgiven because I don’t have the time to write a proper review but this one really bothered me. Yesterday when i picked my dog up from his shots the lady that brought him out was yanking on the leash they put him on because he was excited to see us. She was yanking hard enough for him to gag and cough. I’m frustrated with this because the leashes they put on the dogs are basically choke collars, and this is suppose to be a pet hospital, also my dog JUST got over having kennel cough just be handed back from a pet HOSPITAL, with his cough returned because he was being yanked around by a vet tech. If they’re fine treating the dogs that way in front of the owners i can only imagine h
