I am extremely disappointed with the level of organization and customer service at this location. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, and no assistance was offered when weighing my dog. Staff members observed from a distance rather than providing help. Additionally, I asked three separate employees to explain why my pet was being prescribed a particular medication, and none were able to provide a clear or satisfactory answer. I ultimately spoke with the manager on duty, who was neither approachable nor helpful in addressing my concerns. When the prescription was initially provided, I was not given any instructions on how to properly administer the medication to my pet. Had an appointment for 4pm today. Showed up at 10 min till......was told after they looked up my appt and confirmed both pets.....that we would have to wait quite a while because "we dont make apps for nail trim well check or expression. When I spoke to them we'd they made the appt!!! The young gal up front could not have cared less...... if it's that bad at the desk, I dont wanna meet the techs or vets!!! Terrible!

The experience was great. They took care of my pups and kept me informed. Susan was wonderful explaining things, making me feel welcomed, and helping me wrangle my lovable terrors.

They were so compassionate with my dog Maple. Maple was not acting like herself and was very anxious. They sat on the floor with her and gave her dog biscuits and she calmed down a lot. I apologize for the continued mean-mugging Maple dished out during her visit 🤣

I took my pets here for years and it was amazing. Then it got bought by Banfield. Dr. Harris was always amazing with my dog. Dr. Harris has his own private practice now. Dr. Romi forced the Banfield “Optimum Wellness” Scam on me for my dying 19yo cat, then left the practice. My cat died. The Optimum Wellness plan did not help at all. I hope the doc got a nice commission. Dr. Eib was amazing with end-of-life care for my cat. It appears she’s no longer a doctor here. Dr. Devlin is the dentist from Little Shop of Horrors. She said my dog needed teeth pulled, but couldn’t tell me how many, but warned me it could be up to $2,000. I saved my money. They kept my dog for 11 hours. I could hear him crying when I got there.
