We had a wonderful experience at Banfield! Super special shoutout to Brenna and Kayla - they were absolutely fantastic with my two furbabies. They treated my two very nervous and high maintenance dogs with care and love — my babes responded to them better than any other vet or tech they have seen. We will be requesting Brenna and Kayla by name going forward - thank you thank you thank you Banfield!

Dr. Flores, Kayla and Leslie provided an amazing experience for a professional teeth cleaning for my pet! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about my pet’s comfort and health. They took the time to explain the procedure, answered all my questions, and they kept me posted during the procedure. I truly appreciate the gentle care and professionalism of the team!

We have taken our 3 pets specifically to see Dr. Flores for years!!! He is amazing. Incredible just like Jordan, Max, Leslie and the rest of his team. We love them for always taking care of our babies, and all of their special needs and requests. They definitely understand that our pets are our family.

I take all my fur babies to Dr. Flores. I have gone to other Banfield locations and seen other Dr's but none have provided me the service that Dr. Flores does. He is kind, patient and seems very compassionate and never makes me feel rushed. Thank you Dr. Flores for the great care you've provided me and my family with our pups.

EDITING MY REVIEW! At the beginning of the year, I left a great review after our first visit to Banfield. Our cat went from healthy to scratching her face raw and bloody(due to some kind of allergy) within a few weeks of adopting her. We were desperate when we took her here, and we were excited when after our first visit it felt like she was improving quickly. So I left a very excited grateful review... which now I want to change. Fast-forward now to 9 months later. Our visits here were a quick temporary relief. They would give our cat steroids and antibiotics every time we went and she would improve quickly... but the effects disappeared just as quickly. We found ourselves with no real answers (they just agreed to what we thought could be, fleas or food allergy.), no specifics of what w
