NO STARS!!!!!!! My puppy was diagnosed with parvo my regular vet closed down permanently and yesterday I called to see if this place would help. Yes they could help but the next day because they were busy and wanted 700.00 up front no exception. Well my puppy passed away this morning at 7:00. Had he started treatment this could have possibly been avoided. Their mission statement is bullshit. They say they treat the patients as their own. Well if they cared like they said then regardless of money, however busy you are you do not let a furry baby go untreated. I have to find a new vet now for my other babies but it will not be this place and will not recommend.

★★★★★ If I could give Dr Norma Haupt and the staff more than five stars, I would! She didn’t just take care of our dogs—she loved on them like they were her own. Lulu and Zorro were so pampered and doted on, they barely noticed they were getting their shots (which is basically a veterinary magic trick). I’ve been to many vets over the years, but Norma is THE BEST. Compassionate, skilled, and with a heart as big as her expertise. If you want a vet who treats your pets like family, look no further. Norma Haupt is a gem!

We came to St. Augustine for vacation and I brought my two dogs with me. Within 30 minutes, my older, visually impaired dog walked right into the pool. After that he was having trouble going to the bathroom and had me very concerned. He’s normally a happy-go-lucky fluff ball, but he was keeping his tail down, which equals a sad boy. I debated on whether it was worth it or not to take him to the vet, but I knew I’d have a hard time enjoying the trip if I was worried about him. I made an appointment at AWC, show up, and turns out I made the appointment for the wrong day. The staff was SO kind and took a look at my pup anyway. They treated him gently and took great care of him. Turns out the stress of traveling and taking an unexpected dip in the pool all in one day traumatized him a little m

Dr Norma and her team are exceptional, my babies are at ease within minutes and that is no easy task!. The staff are so nice, you feel like family, ty for giving my pups exceptional care.

We are so happy with the care this office has given our dog, we had been to other vets in the area, and by far all the staff - Nick, Melissa, and especially Dr, Grove are the best. They took the time to explain our options, did not pressure us in anyway for the decision we had to make about our dog needing surgery to remove a lump on her leg. Dr. Grove referred us to an excellent surgeon (Dr. Darrow at ECO Vets) to remove the lump on our dog's leg. We are so happy and thankful to have found this veterinary office and know this will be our dog's vets from now on!
