This vet has made preparing our cats for a move to Germany very smooth. They were able to book us an appointment on short notice for rabies shots. Unfortunately, their schedule did not work with our flight date. They didn't want to risk the documents not showing up on time. Unprompted, they checked availability at their other office in Brooklyn to provide an alternative in case I did not want to risk having a short window to receive the certificate by mail. They were able to book and send me all of the information about the appt at the Brooklyn office. I didn't have to reach out to the Brooklyn office myself to make the appt. They took care of it. This was such a GREAT help. Without the other option, I would of spent time searching for another vet to do the check sooner than their office

The vet here was absolutely phenomenal. He understood my financial situation and worked with me. My cat, Bryan, had different dilations in his eyes, was wobbly and hiding from us. I came in frantic and scared, but the staff was extremely empathetic and prompt in getting Bryan the care he needed. He had 14 doses of steroids and is doing SO much better (as of 3/4/26). I am so grateful and highly recommend this location for all your veterinary needs. 🙏

The staff is so pleasant and kind, they take time to explain to you what's going on and if there are any procedures that must be done; they explain it to you very clearly. I trust my fur babies care with complete confidence at this location.

Hello I am writing this the day after my beloved Pike left us, his and our favorite doctor is Dr. Sether. We have lived on the island for 25 years, this vet is a few blocks from our family home and was the closest. I started bringing my dog here secretly when my mom wasn't so keen to spend money on medical care for him. I brought my bunny here after he got a cold, too, and he got better. Over the years, I've come back a lot, my dog ended up having CHF, I moved out and had my big kid job so I started treatment; nothing is perfect, of course, we don't always agree or feel seen by the responses we get, and culture plays a huge part in this. We were terribly misled by our vet when we went here. Me, my boyfriend and his parents brought a three- four month old stray kitten with a deformity in his hind legs thinking they would be able to help us out. After a full examination, the vet told us he was a happy, healthy CLEAN kitten and that he would be able to live a full happy life as an indoor cat. We got him vaccinated a day later (as per recommendation by the vet) and he was given a de-wormer and flea and tick prevention. Last night we noticed what looked like a water balloon forming on his lower half, under his skin and rushed him to an emergency vet.
