Animal ER of Northwest Houston

So i have had to take my little Joy Midnight twice to this ER and they have been top tier both times. Thorough in treating my little fur baby girl and attentive to details on subjective info from me. They were not dismissive and explained everything that they were doing and reason why BEFORE hand and i REALLY appreciate that! Front desk lady recognize my fur babygirl when she came in with her dad the second time instead of me. And we thought that was pretty cool as well! I love this place and HIGHLY recommend them!

I would like to thank Drs. Hodge & Ying, along with Amy & Chloe, who provided professional, loving care to our dear Chessur. The facility is a fully equipped ER and Hospital. The staff immediately diagnosed Chessur’s condition when his routine vet failed to do so on repeated appointments. I wish we had taken him here sooner. Love your pets. They are here for so brief a time.

They took such great care of Rico our French Bulldog. We thought we were going to lose him but they took the time and put in the effort to get him back to us. We had to rush our beloved furbaby to this facility early on a Sunday morning. They took him in immediately and made him comfortable while assessing his condition. The veterinarian was honest, compassionate, and transparent about his prognosis which was very poor. While explaining my options, she was very fair, pragmatic, and realistic. She did not push any procedures that would have been very expensive and probably ineffective in extending his life for any given period of time. The entire staff was very efficient, attentive, compassionate, and respectful throughout the entire process. Whereas I was heartbroken, I appreciate their swift reaction so that he didn't suffer any longer than necessary.

We brought a stray dog in and they fixed him and checked on him. Jack loved them all. They are wonderful and reasonably priced. I would recommend them for all emergency needs.thank you all! The McDougal Family
