We had a really nice experience here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the start. Phil helped us with the adoption and was great — very kind, patient, and easy to talk to. He showed us the kitten playing, explained everything in a simple way, and told us what to watch for when we bring her home. We felt comfortable and not rushed at all. You can tell they truly care about the animals. Thank you so much for your help! Her first nap at home!(photo)

My experience there was amazing!! The staff was kind and thorough. They answered all my questions and gave me all the info on the kitten as well as explained each evaluation. We adopted a 11 week old kitten and he is so adorable and we couldn't be happier!! Thank you! Highly recommend this place! They even gave us a starter kit with first weeks wet and dry food as well as a 1 month supply delivered to the house all for free. We also got a voucher for free exam for the kitten and if within 14 days the kitten got sick we can take to animal vet hospital and covered up to $600. Great experience i would send everyone here to adopt!!

Got both of my babies from there! Bruce and bane (originally Blue and butterscotch). Got my little pit mixed from there 4-5 years ago and my big pit mixed maybe almost a year ago. Love them so much, such good dogs wouldn’t trade them for nun ❤️

The staff are dedicated, compassionate, and genuinely care about the wellbeing of every animal in their care. The facility is clean and well run and the adoption process is thoughtfully handled. A wonderful resource for anyone looking to adopt a pet or surrender one in need. Grateful for everything this organization does for animals on Staten Island every single day!
