I recently moved back from out of state and didn't get a chance to search for a vet near my apartment. My dog woke up with a swollen face on Labor day and I decided to go to the nearest hospital, I was somewhat familiar with, the next day...That was my first mistake! After the terrible experience I had, I decided to make the drive and return to ACCDG to ease my nerves. I have a 14 year old female chihuahua who had a tooth abscess and after the first hospital I went to, I was very upset and worried. The receptionist, Megan, took my frantic call and reassured me they could see her the following day. After doing a full panel of bloodwork and an exam, Dr gave us the go ahead for surgery and was able to squeeze her in their busy schedule. Everything that came afterwards was smooth and stress f

Fantastic !!!!! Had an emergency with my dog “Luna”, called and they got us in as soon as possible. Very professional, informative, decisive with treatment plan. Next day Luna is back to full health. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind! Amanda our groomer there was fantastic! I’ve just had a few frustrations with the office now that has lead me to take my dog elsewhere. When we first started going to the groomer. We were so happy however they required that we get the flu vaccine for our golden. Totally fair! However nobody told us that we needed to come back two weeks later for a booster. The next time I had to bring my dog to the groomer. They told me he needed to be revaccinated because he did not receive the booster. This was incredibly frustrating because nobody told us that. They did give us a “discount” on the flu vaccine but we still ended up paying out of our pockets due to a lack of communication on their end. We continued going there because we love Amanda the

Yesterday I received a teeth cleaning promotional email sent to me for $50 off a cleaning. I had recently been debating getting my 2 cats teeth cleaned, since one of the vets back in February suggested I do that soon. I called today to get some information about the promotion when I was quickly shot down with “we are booked up until February.” Well, I just got this email yesterday, and the promotion says good until the 31st of October. Why am I being sent an email yesterday, for a promotion that started on the 9th? When I asked I was told “we don’t send those out.” It’s very discouraging as a consumer who has poured a decent amount of money into your business, that I would be met with such a dry response. Love, love, LOVE, this clinic!! Everyone is so friendly, upbeat, and the staff seems to work very well with one another. I absolutely love coming there. For those who have wonky schedules, they have great clinic hours so finding an appointment has never been an issue and you can schedule them online too so you don’t need to talk to anyone :). Their prices are very reasonable and I have never felt like I’ve been overcharged. They also don’t pressure you to sign up for wellness packages or judge you if you can’t afford a treatment. They provide so many options and resources and they’re very passionate about giving the best care. Their daycare is also very reasonably priced and cheaper than other facilities in the area.
