All Paws Pet Wash (Starr Ave)

Over the past few years I've taken our dogs to several locations of All-Paws pet washes including River Prairie, Fleet Farm and their shop on Cameron. I don't feel it's a good value. The app is available to set up and sign up for subscription, but they don't have an in-app way to pause or cancel subscriptions. You need to email them, which can take weeks for final confirmation and refunds to appear. Customer service was not what I expect, including defensiveness and a bit of attitude, which is standard for low paid employees. The units are variable in their cleanliness due to the reliance on previous customers for cleaning and sanitizing. The mats can be quite slippery. Water is generally cold. Firstly I think that the All Paws Pet Wash monthly subscription is a good value. However their customer service is not as good. One is unable to pause their subscription or cancel without contacting the company. I originally called in May to suspend or cancel, and received no reply. I emailed later in May and received a reply stating "You can easily update your payment information right on the App." The app did not have an option to suspend nor cancel. I contacted them numerous times to suspend or cancel, yet received no assistance to do so. I was charged for May, June, July and August. In August I called customer service and asked for a refund or a credit for the four months that I had been charged, I was told that they would refund the charges, however no refund has been received. Had a fantastic experience here tonight with my American Eskimo who wasn't all that bright today and decided to lay under the baby who had spaghetti for lunch. Poor white dog was all orange. $15 for 20 minutes is a heck of a deal these days. Especially with it including flea and tick wash. Definitely will be bringing our other dog here, and I'll see if I can get the app to work for me and update this after I try it 😅

I used the kiosk and didn't have the app so I got charged $15. I got the app, paid $20 for 4 washes. I soaped my dogs up, and the tried to use the app, but it kept saying it couldn't connect with the kiosk. So, I AGAIN paid $15 to wash my dogs. $50 for 2 washes is not worth it. If I hadn't already got my dogs wet and soapy, I wouldn't have paid the 3rd time but I had no choice. I emailed customer service last time and they do not care. About anything. I expected to get the monthly package for an extra $5 but that was never even an option. It was haha, you have to use the app to get that. No options. Zero satisfaction. I love this place we enjoyed good smelling dogs afterwords! I just wanted to do the monthly and it was so chaotic I got charged $15 instead of the monthly. It was a good experience for us otherwise
