This was my dog’s fourth visit to All Paws with Cassie, and unfortunately it will be our last. Up until this experience, we hadn’t experienced any major issues. After calling to ask about availability, I was told to bring him in as a walk-in. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed that this would result in him being there for almost seven hours. We dropped him off at 9:35 a.m., and he wasn’t ready until around 4:30 p.m. We called twice to check on his status, once around 1:30 and again at 3:45. During one of those calls, I was told he was waiting because another special-needs dog was being prioritized while their owners waited outside. Took my horrible weenie dog here cause he’s agressive and a screamer when it comes to trimming the nails. I took my sissy Lala boy to see Cassie and she was absolutely amazing with him she didn’t allow him to control her as he’s done in the past to other groomers he’s been declined at other groomers, and she took him on like a pro. Highly recommend Cassie and her associates for your pet needs ❤️

Not satisfied service Unfortunately, my husband and I were very dissatisfied. We took 2 dogs, 1 was about 5lb the other 35-40lb. We wanted the small dog nail trimmed, haircut, and washed. The other just washed n nails trimmed. We took our dogs at 840am, n my husband finally picked up at 1:15 pm. When he picked them up the Bully was very distrout, and her heart was racing. I called and at this point I hadn't seen the hair cut of our lil dog Cow. I asked Cassie is something happened with Mocha during the time the dog was there, she said no and that Cow & Mocha were in a vented kennel and seemed ok. I asked if either of them has been given water. She said No, cuz they usually dont give them water unless we tell them to. Now, mind you these dogs have been with them over 4 hours. I told h

We have used many different groomers over the years but none of them really knew how to groom a goldendoodle!! We have found Brooke and are so happy with the job she does! She is very professional and friendly and is always responsive to any requests that we have. I would highly recommend Brooke and her sister in law. Thanks All Paw's Pet Salon for taking such good care of Finn!!

I had my cat groomed here and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. My cat returned home with cut whiskers (which is painful) and lots of loose hair on him that had to be brushed off. He also has a lot of uneven spots on him that are very noticeable. On the bright side, I don’t notice any cuts and he does smell nice. I also asked for his nails to be trimmed and they weren’t. I was offered a refund, so that is another plus. I would only recommend this place for cats if they are just getting a wash but not a haircut.
