All 'Bout Cats & Dogs

Don't recommend at all. Boarded both my Golden Retriever and Dachshund there (shared crate) and when we got our dachshund back she was panting heavy (usually never pants this much) so im guessing she didn't get much water. She also will pee a tiny bit when excited, well, when we first picked her up, she ran up to us and let off a full pee that was ALOT more then usual, kind of looks like she wasnt outside to much. She is also having problems both peeing and pooping. And what really throws me off is that my dachshund wont eat at all, I fed our golden and dachshund together and our dachshund wouldn't touch her food, she walked away from the bowl then sat down and started shaking bad (she was clearly scared) while our golden was had 0 problems eating. We boarded our dogs at All Bout Cats and Dogs from September 6 ro September 15, 2025. As soon as we got our dog home, he was “hacking”. Both dogs are fully vaccinated. We called our vet right away and brought him to the veterinary clinic the next morning. The vet confirmed that our dog has an upper respiratory infection (Kennel Cough) and is treating him with antibiotics and a cough suppressant. I notified ABC right away and asked for a call back on Monday, September 15th. All week ling, ABC ignored my call and didn’t even care to call to see how our dog was doing. They just didn’t care!!! Today I sent them an email that our dog got sick while in their care. They are doing construction there and apparently kept our dog in an unsafe area. They just didn’t care! Sarah told me today

This place is excellent My Ty Ty Love the girls Miss Josie! Miss Sarah and famous of all, Ms. Rhonda these girls work very hard at their job and are very much appreciated by me and I'm sure everyone else that goes there I never have a worry knowing that my baby's going to be taken care of cuz they do such an excellent job. Our 4 legged family was boarded there for 2 weeks. Two cats and two dogs they loved it. When we came back they were happy, active and no problem adjusting back to home. The staff was very attentive and caring with our 4 legged family.

Very professional, clean environment. The Groomer is GREAT, she does a great job and my dog smells wonderful many weeks later she is also very attentive. Have had our dog kenneled there twice already as well and very happy and satisfied. We have a Australian Shepard canine. Have been to other groomers last one was in Heath brook, all show there no talent, had my dog groomed there at least 5x's Kept calling him a girl and put girl bows in his ears.. ALL ABOUT CATS & DOGS ...Outstanding as far as I am concerned.
