Edit: to reply to the owners response. A name doesn't matter. You have shown out constantly and I'm not the only one that sees it. You also have a bad habit or responding poorly to bad reviews that are left for a good reason. You just prefer to twist it to make yourself look better. Likes to make rude and unnecessary comments about other groomers. It's incredibly unprofessional to publicly shame other people in your industry. She claims that a very clean salon is unprofessional and sloppy. If you take 2 seconds to look over the work that she has posted, it is some of the most unfinished and sloppy work I have seen.
