Baths Bows and Biscuits Pet Spaw

Edited after owner responded.. no communication happened prior to yesterday. Not in October or December. I have been taking my dog to baths, bows and biscuits since around June of 2024. I had her on an every 6 to 8 week schedule depending on when they were able fit her on the schedule. They have had to reschedule a few of her appointments due to their vacations. She is now a 15 year old shih tux who received a cancer diagnosis in November. Her December visit I had informed the guy at the front desk. I went to pick Marley up and was unable to schedule because ‘their calendar was incomplete’. He told me I would get a text with her new appointment date. After numerous messages and calls to try to get her scheduled since I never heard back, I received a text saying they are full for the rest

We took our dog to be groomed at Bath, Bows and Biscuits. They were fantastic! Friendly, professional, and skilled. Our dog just loved them and got cuddles! Thank you so much! We will be using them for our regular groomer! 💕🐶

All I have to say is my dog, Archie, loved the place. He went in and was so excited. When I picked him up, he was so excited. He loved the people and they loved on him. I feel he was treated like royalty and enjoyed every moment. He got a spa treatment with a trim and nail clipping. Also, as an added bonus he was extremely tired last night.

I took my new pup, Juniper, there and they were amazing! She was kiddish, which made me nervous. They were so kind and patient. They made sure I knew the tools I'd need to use for her fur and what they would do to prevent my pup from being scared or injured. VERY reasonably priced. I'll continue to bring my girl here.

Awesome job on my two dogs. Most places do not know how to cut old English sheepdogs, and Hugo ends up looking like a poodle....I am so happy, he looks awesome
