Zippity Dog Do's pet grooming

Zippity Dog Do’s is the absolute best when it comes to dog grooming. We love Christine and that she understands animals — she’s amazing with dogs! Christine and her staff are professional and they go above and beyond in all they do. I’m so grateful for them that even after we moved, I still travel an hour and a half to take our dogs to Zippity Dog Do’s.

Best in the business. Chris and gang are great at the grooming part but they also care. Friendly, personable and wonderful at taking on the littlest to the biggest. Chris is also always collecting and spearheading fundraising for area shelters and the spade/neuter programs.

We have brought our dogs here for the last few years. While Chris does a decent job, her lack of customer service is something I just can’t support anymore. She makes relentless posts on Facebook about how awful her customers are. She also charges full price if something comes up and you can’t make it. (Which has never happened to us). This is a prime example of an entitled business owner that does not appreciate any of her customers. I will not be going any longer and neither should You!! 0/10
