All Ears Veterinary Clinic PLLC Horseheads

This vet clinic let my puppy die, he had a uti that initially was treated as an emergency, but after 3 days for some reason it was no longer an emergency and they refused to medicate him, and never was transparent enough to tell us it was life to death. We were finally told to call the animal hospital to see if they had any appointments “just in case” because the vet wasn’t in yet(the clinic open at 8am, why are you not there when your clinic opens?), my puppy died before we could get him into the car because once we explained his symptoms to the animal hospital they wanted him brought in immediately. When I then called to update All Ears that he passed the desk lady that we had been dealing with “Sherry” said “Ope, sorry about that” in the most insincere way. When I angrily confronted the

All Ears Veterinary Clinic are very compassionate, loving and so caring to my son an English Bulldog name Doser.I follow them when they moved to another location it takes a while for me to locate them and me driving a little away where the new clinic is a worth driving to take my boy Doser to their new place.The Dr and staff are loving and once in a while i visit them even though my boy pass in August.They feel you love and cared when you are grieving your love ones.Dr Holder and staff are so wonderful when i needed a hug and comfort.Once in a while i'm visiting the clinic as if i'm taking my boy Doser for checkup. Glad I was recommended to them! Great office . Got my ferret steve right in and are getting him the treatment he needs!

I love how they cared for my bunny Mocha. He had a condition called “walking dandruff”. They gave him meds and sent me home with some so I could treat him as well. We went back a month later for a recheck and they gave him a dry, foam bath, to get rid of any residual dandruff, which Mocha enjoyed. We got the all clear, see you next year. I’m very pleased with All Ears and will be back for Mochas yearly visit in September or October. Thank you for the excellent care you gave to my boy.

🩵 Beyond thankful for All Ears! What a blessing it was, for them to assist with me with my beloved parakeets cremation. 🩵 I cannot express the level of trust and genuine compassion I instantly felt walking into the office . The staff was incredibly comforting as I cried dropping him off that morning. 🩵 Within a week, I had his ashes back in a beautiful wooden box . It warmed my heart that I also received a gift of his wing prints, tiny last foot prints, his clipped silver ankle leglet, and a few of his feathers. 🐦💙🐦 .
