One star for now. May update if they fix my app order. Due to facial recognition programs "for the safety of the employees" they know who is coming before you even enter the store. Hardly ever am I greeted by the staff when I enter. This is why I prefer to go and pick out my own items. If they are out of an item,I will simply not buy that item. Instead of having an employee just substitute and not say anything. When I called, the store person was callous about what happened. Instead of making it a priority to fix a problem one of thier employees caused, I was told I would have to wait until the truck was unpacked to even know if my item is on the truck. I know that with a click on an iPad, not only could she tell me if they were on the truck,but where in the truck the package could be foun

Where do I begin, I was at the store the other day purchasing some reptile food for my Blue Tongue. While I was there I witnessed the staff get treated like they worked for a circus and the customers were the monkeys they needed to wrangle... A person came in which I'm assuming worked for a 3rd party delivery service such as Instacart and was picking up an order. It must have been a large order because I overheard the lady say to a staff member "your going to load this for me right" Which the staff members response was "unfortunately no, that's not the normal procedure you guys always take the items and load yourself". That didn't go over well with said "Instacart" employee. Mind you I've done my own fair share of Instacart deliveries and I myself have always loaded my own stuff. The

This is the worst place to go to get your dog groomed. The staff is rude as hell, we had an appointment at 930 am to get our dog washed and groomed. So we drove an hour to get here and then 4 hours later and our dog is still not done. The manager is rude as hell and told us oh well its a 3-4 hour process but yet we had a 930 am appointment and they didnt start until 130 pm. The groomers are very rude and clearly need better training. This will all be forwarded to corporate and I wont stop until something changes with this store starting with the manager. Over booking the animals and don't care about customer service.

I'm giving 2⭐️ because in the past workers at this store have been very helpful. But a cashier at this store was very disrespectful. While using the checkout pad they quickly twisted the keypad away from me and hit some but buttons. [MY CARD WAS IN THE KEYPAD ! ] . Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful !

Great customer service, they helped us get stuff for our new puppy and helped us save some money on the stuff she needed. Honestly they are fantastic here, definitely gonna be back to this store again in the future. Thank you so much for all the help and the service that you offer to new puppy parents, great selection of toys collars and leashes for all sizes.
