The process of scheduling and checking in was very simple. The vet and techs were all very friendly. Overall was a great experience and convenient process. Would recommend to others.
Employees that was getting checked in was not customer friendly and very snappy and rude other wise also having to wait forever after being signed in. The other staff that was working including the veterinarian was extremely nice including everyone that was working around her in the room giving the vaccine
The vet was the best! She asked me some things about Mini regarding her comfortablity levels around people she doesn't know! She gave me great instruction how to hold my pup the safest way! And got the job done quick! Would definitely recommend!!
It was awesome! Very convenient with our schedule & the staff was amazing with our pups! Would definitely attend PetVet Clinic again & highly recommend it for folks!
The staff where amazing but the way things are being handled are not professional. The vet techs are telling people to sign in take their dogs to the car and wait in their vehicles. The people are not doing that the store is getting overwhelmed with dogs a lot of barking going on a lot of people being disrespectful to the staff. Like I said the staff is amazing but the way it's being handled throughout the store with all the dogs all the commotion and all the rudeness wish there was another way for it to be handled but overall I love that they got me the medication I needed in my poop sample done
