Yuppy Puppy Pet Spa

My family loves taking our little long haired mini dachshund, Buddy. He loves going to the Yuppy Puppy at the Winghaven location. Everyone working there is super nice and kind to Buddy!! Grooming is great too!!!

We got our sweet dog here as a YP rescue and we love bringing him here! They take the best care of him and we know he absolutely loves Playcamp. Every time we get him bathed here, he smells so good for weeks! They really do take the best care of every animal there and are always willing to answer questions. The one thing I wish was better at YP is at times the pricing invoice is not consistent and the reason behind each line item isn’t clear. It makes it really difficult for my husband and I to budget when we don’t know how much or if we will be charged differently each time.

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m very disappointed. This facility does not care about how your dog may feel, at all. On 6/27 I unfortunately had to find a safe place for my puppy Rayne because my children and I were displaced due to domestic violence. I tried to keep my hotel to keep us all together, but after 3 weeks I realized I would never be able to save enough money to find a new safe house for my children, and if so it would take me months. I took him to Yuppy Puppy because for 3 days I tried to find a place that would hold him for me while my children and I were in a dv shelter, but the local animal shelters were overwhelmed with animals because of the recent tornado and apparently an overflow of rescues because a nearby shelter lost power. Love Yuppy Puppy! Do a great job with grooming and have boarded there several times. Love their mission of finding good homes for their homeless dogs. What a sense of caring and fostering they have❤️❤️

It was a horrible cut. My dog did not look like my dog anymore. I asked for one inch off his tail and now he only has one inch left on his tail. I asked for a puppy cut and the groomer told me there was no such thing and I know there is. A "puppy cut" is a real and very popular dog grooming style, defined as a low-maintenance, short-to-medium length cut that is roughly one uniform length (typically 1–2 inches) all over the body, including the head, tail, and legs. It is designed to give dogs a youthful, fluffy, and "teddy bear" appearance, reducing tangles and keeping them cool. Also, My dog is a Havanese, 17 lbs and was there for 6 hours. I had to call to see if he was ready. I am blown away why on earth it would take this long. Unbelievable!!! I am not sure we will be back.
