I would not recommend this place. I was a customer for over 4 years I have brought multiple dogs and have referred this place to multiple people. It seems that something has has changed. You can only expect poor customer service, they don't post prices I was charged a different price for the same service and dog every time, today the owner didn't have to time to talk through the possibility of any option other than shaving the dog. She just turns her back and walks away. With them booked out 6-8 weeks good luck getting in this year. With many other choices in the St Louis/ St Charles MO area I would take your business somewhere else. They lost a loyal customer today. They're so nice! They listened to what I wanted from the grooming and did exactly what I asked for. The dogs looked beautiful. I will continue to have our dogs groomed there from now on.

They have groomed my dogs for years. They all loved going there. The groomers are wonderful and do a great job.
