Dr Julie is a thorough and comprehensive provider. I came in with my new rescue dog that was having bouts of diarrhea and vomiting. Dr Julie listened to our concerns asked questions and gave my dog a complete exam. She offered several diagnostics and took her time explaining treatments. I felt satisfied with the appointment and my dog got better with her advice. She even called us personally one day later to check up on our dog. Our vet tech Elaina was gentle and sweet with our dog. Highly recommend this vet!

We have had them as our family vet for over 18 years. Their special care and concern has been amazing. When we first moved to St. Louis, our canine kid, Lexi, was already in her senior years. When she passed at 16, their special care extended to me and my husband as we said goodbye. We adopted another dog at age 7, and they helped him have a full life and cared for all of us when we lost him at 17. We are now on our third dog through Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital, and their care is keeping her healthy and happy. I can’t imagine taking a pet anywhere else but gentle doctor. We have seen just about every doctor there and staff is very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I love gentle doctor. Dr Melissa and so the veterinarians are amazing. They are so amazing with our animals and I could not ask for a better place for my dogs.

The CSRs at the front were outstanding, they took great care of Bowie and his hooman. They explained how the process and experience would go for us at their clinic. Our experience with Dr. Bryna was equally enjoyable, making sure Bowie got the best care. Looking forward to our next visit! I appreciated that they offered a veterans discount as well as payment plans since puppies can get expensive. I recommend their services.
