I have been taking my pets here for 20 years. Dr. Matt is incredible. We've been in numerous emergency situations over the years, and he has always been understanding and accommodating. I always know that things will be explained to me in great detail. If my pets could talk, they would tell you how wonderful he is. He truly cares. That's very uncommon.

I am beyond done using this place as my primary vet for all of my pets. I’ve been taking my pets here for 20 years. This past year I’ve never had a worse experience with a business in this area. All started when the blonde vet misdiagnosed ring worm on a kitten we took that we quarantined UNTIL given the green light to be around the other 4 animals we have. The kitten we brought in had clear signs and was glowing under UV light, but the vet insisted the kitten was not contagious. A month goes by and all 5 of our pets plus my wife and I all have ring worm. NO APOLOGIES, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. This cost us over $3000 out of pocket to clean our current house AND being in the middle of moving to a new house and bathing the pets every day. For whatever reason we gave another chance. We have been going here for about five years, Dr Horn is Avery knowledgeable and always gives our four legged family member the best treatment. Today we saw another of the Dr's Dr. Jackie,I was very impressed she looked up more about the breed before we came because she isn't a common breed. Dr Jackie was also very nice, warm, and knowledgeable. The vet office is excellent! Remy has followed up with Dr. Kudish and had a great experience. With covid going still going on the office is very clear and safe for pets and people to enter. They have a great system with no one in the waiting room.
