My Sadie got her Annual exam & rabies vaccine. Jackie is very friendly and professional. Sadie is a nervous Nelly, they were running behind so we were able to wait in car & matt called when they were ready. Ive been bringing my dogs here for 10years, never had any issues with doctors or front desk. I currently have 4 dogs & 3 cats. Anytime i need an appointment they get me right in..This is a very busy & popular vet clinic. Everyone needs to just stay patient & be understanding.

I’ve used this vet office for years. Today my dog was in need of being seen in a timely manner. The receptionist was less than empathetic and was cold in telling me they simply couldn’t fit us in. They were quick to tell me simply to go to a local animal hospital. I cold called another vet who was polite (even though we weren’t patients) and referred us to MVH Pet Urgent Care in Throop. Far better care and overall experience. The vets at Dr. Kurdish’s practice are very good, but their unwillingness to help loyal patience let me down. Lesson learned.

I’ve been going to this vet for 5 years. I’ve always just dealt with the absolute joke of a front desk staff they have because the doctors have been nothing but amazing up until yesterday. The way they spoke to me in the midst of an urgent matter was beyond unprofessional. It seems this has been a common theme with them for a long time. I’ve seen how the front desk women treat clients in person as well and it’s hard to watch. On top of being just downright rude, I’ve stood in line and watched/heard them gossip about clients openly. I have given all of my patience over the years but being on hold for an insane amount of time today was my final straw. It’s disheartening to move on and schedule with another local vet after years of trusting the doctors here. I want to say I hope they fix this

Was truly a great visit. Dr Matt has always been good to us. Through our loss of two dogs and the addition of our newest monster ( rottie dottie ). Answered all our questions and is always optimistic with his demeanor.

Wow what can I say about Dr. Kutish and his staff that it won't be a mile long review. My family and I have been taking our pets to Dr. Kutish since 2005 and we will continue. They have always treated us and our pets well. The doctor is very knowledgeable and he lets you know upfront his thoughts about your pets condition and possible outcomes and you don't get unexpected charges. Our pets have had surgeries done by Dr. Kutish each time a success. A few times were even life saving procedures to extend their life. I've brought my cats and dog there...my Mom and my sister brought their cats and dogs there also. So many years and multiple family pets. And when it's their time to go you can be in the room with them ( at least pre-pandemic) I've dealt with some vets that you can't be in the roo
