Brookside Pups - Wilkes Barre

I bought a mail shih tzu puppy, I named him charlie Boy, he gets along great with my female Chiweeni milo they love to play together. Brookside pets, are great, the workers are so nice and friendly, this is Milo & Charlie boy.

I purchased a puppy beginning of 2025 a lab whom was supposed to be health tested. Coming up to this year he experienced episodes of PuPd and lab work indicated hypothyroidism. Medication for the rest of his life. Further bloodwork in process to determine Addisons Disease. When contacting the manager was told bloodwork is not done on the puppies. Highly recommend pushing for bloodwork within the time lot at your vet check. Once out of the time slot given even with diseases shown to be hereditary they won’t do anything and basically tell you all well. We love the pup and will continue providing all medical care necessary to keep him happy and healthy.

Angel is doing great and getting along with our other dog Tetley, our cats and chickens. She became a big part of our family and she's having so much fun in her forever home. We did change her name from Angel to Luna tho.

We purchased a shitzu puppy and she is so happy. Our older dog just lost his best friend so we got him the shitzu. He was still upset and didn’t want to play with the new puppy so we went back to brookside and bought a Maltese puppy for the shitzu puppy. Everyone at Brookside was knowledgeable and friendly. The transactions were quick and easy. We are glad we made the investment in these two purebred dogs.

My family ended up taking two and it was an easy & friendly experience.
