Oliver's second visit to our wonderful neighborhood groomer, and once again, we were very pleased with the service! Oliver, our 5-pound Yorkie, looks absolutely charming after his appointment. We did miss Pipe today—he gave us such great customer service during our first visit and left a lasting impression. That said, the two employees we worked with today were equally fantastic. They took great care of Oliver and made us feel just as welcome. However, I do want to mention that today’s appointment was very disappointing. It’s Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, and when I arrived to pick up Oliver, the girls told me, “Sorry, our scarves haven’t arrived.” I was really looking forward to the holiday-themed touch, especially since it’s such a festive week. This was my first experience doing a full groom for my pet Labradoodle and was very happy with the service. The groomer and staff were very understanding and followed my requests completely. My dog Puck and I, absolutely love this groomer. They always leave my dog feeling super soft and smelling great. Even though grooming isn’t his favorite activity, they treat him with so much care and patience, which I truly appreciate. The team is incredibly attentive, they always ask me if I’m happy with the grooming and if I have any suggestions. I also love that they always find space for Puck, and I leave every time feeling happy and confident in choosing them. Highly recommend!!

First time at this location, and I absolutely loved my experience! Janet is truly the best groomer—she has been grooming Lola for over a year, and her care and attention to detail are unmatched. Highly recommend this place!
