I brought my cat here as a walk-in and Dr. Pereira was able to see her immediately. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech to Dr. Pereira were all so kind and supportive. Even as my cat’s symptoms progressed, Dr. Pereira would call to check up on her and see how she was doing, always recommending next steps. Thank you all !!

Took my cat to Gables Animal Hospital and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so kind and gentle. Dr. Arencibia was amazing — he took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all our questions, and made sure my cat was comfortable every step of the way. The vet tech was also incredibly kind and caring (wish I could remember her name!). I also really appreciated that they were completely transparent about costs and provided an estimate before doing anything. You can truly feel the compassion and professionalism here. Highly recommend to any pet parent!

We had an emergency today!! Our 12 year old 2lb Yorkie was choking as we were driving. Looked up an emergency vet and we happen to be 2 seconds from Dr. Michael Arencibia at CG Animal Hospital. They took our baby right away. The staff was quick and comforting AND Dr. Michael was gentle, sweet and ever so thorough with our sweet/nervous baby! He explained everything that was happening and could happen. He was honest with us and guided us as to what to do. When they brought her back to us she was no longer nervous which tells us how loving they were with her (she’s a nervous girl). Thank you Dr. Michael for your kindness and helping our baby. Highly recommend Dr. Arencibia and his staff!

Very kind vets, but the people at the front desk are outright rude, rolling their eyes at the most basic and polite questions. Exorbitantly overpriced too. Great care for your pets and good availability, but the Front Desk staff are so rude and the prices are so high I also feel they pressure you to do all kinds of unnecessary testing and bloodwork for the smallest of issues. Several other reviews mention this same thing. I wish they’d make some necesssry changes to make the great work the vets do shine! I’ve been going to them for years but unfortunately now I’ve had enough and need to move on ☹️

Dr Pereira is the best! She is really knowledgeable and ensured to get the best treatment for my pet. the staff was really friendly and the place was very clean.
