Excellent customer service

I went to this place looking for Love Birds. I asked the man wearing a Miami Dolphins hat and shirt two questions which he answered in a rude tone of voice. I just left since he wasn’t polite at all. He’s not worth of me buying from him.

Inexpensive but good quality parrot food, the owners and staff know thier stuff, from avians to fish. And speaking of fish, they carry fishing supplies like rods, reels,hooks, line, sinker and bait. Best price I've seen so far for silversides, $4.99 for a container!

The men who run the shop are so helpful! They really care for all the animals. I can tell as they are all clean and look healthy. I bought a cockatiel last year and every time I have a question or need advice they help and don't over charge for their animals or supplies.
