I truly can’t recommend GoodVets enough. I brought out girl, Sweet Tea, here for a little over a year after she was diagnosed with kidney disease. From day one, the entire team went above and beyond to find ways to improve her health and thanks to their care, we were able to enjoy an extra year and a half with our girl. Every visit, we were greeted with smiles. The staff is incredibly compassionate, passionate about what they do, and they truly understand that our pets are family. The clinic is always spotless, and the hours are super convenient. Even though Sweet Tea was a bit of a tricky case, they found a treatment plan that improved her kidney levels and always kept me updated, making her feel like a priority every step of the way. This was my third attempt to find a permanent clinic for my Sphynx kitten, and after my first two experiences raised serious ethical concerns, I was honestly very nervous walking in. I’m really glad I gave this place a chance. The clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind and clearly love animals, not just professionally, but personally. They took their time answering all of my questions and made me feel heard instead of rushed. Most importantly, they handled my kitten with so much care and gentleness. He wasn’t stressed when we left, which says a lot to me. This visit finally gave me peace of mind. Grateful to have found a clinic where both my kitten and I feel comfortable.

Can’t say enough good things about this practice - my dog has severe anxiety, which only worsens with coming to the vet. The staff has been nothing but patient and understanding, and have helped him come so far! Both Dr Martin & Dr Chao have been amazing in his journey (and mine!) by providing lots of reassurance, answering questions with kindness & helping my boy live his best life!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Martin and the staff at the Coral Gables location! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and attentive to both me and my pet. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. They took the time to thoroughly examine my Rat Terrier Kenjie and explained everything clearly, answering all of my questions patiently. It’s clear they truly care about animals and their well-being. My Rat Terrier Kenjie was treated with so much compassion, and I left feeling reassured and confident in the care provided. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring vet. They’ve earned my trust, and I’m so grateful to have found them!

I just moved to Coral Gables from Santa Barbara and my handsome boy passed away and I miss him so much but the whole staff at Good vets was so compassionate and gentle with me. They did my Baby cremation and paw print and gave me the most heartfelt sympathy card. Thank you! I will be returning to being my other cat for his wellness check ups. Have a blessed New Year !
