We brought our sweet Mila here when tragedy struck and she was unresponsive. They are not an emergency clinic but they were the closest vet to us and they wasted no time! The response was truly amazing and i appreciate the staff here tremendously. She unfortunately did not make it due to a tumor on her spleen but i couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to have this horrible situation happen with. They truly care so much and made sure we had as much time as we needed with her and even stayed in the room with her when we left since it felt so strange leaving her alone. Losing your best friend is the furthest thing from easy but i’m so grateful for this amazing supportive group of people who made this traumatic situation as easy as possible. thanks so much you guys 🩷

We’ve now had a few generations of dogs supported by this vet clinic and we’ve worked with many of the vets over the years. Everyone here has been incredible, welcoming and so kind to our dogs. From breeding dogs, to caring for hot spots, caring through cancer, putting one dog down—to caring for my first dogs son now, his itchy skin and health needs, this vet is highly recommended. Luis and his team are prompt to support via text and call—helping get you into an appt as soon as possible. They care and it shows. Woodinville Animal Hospital has cared for our pets through both joyful and heartbreaking moments, and I cannot say enough about their compassion and professionalism. We brought our dog here through the end of her life, and the entire team was incredibly supportive during an overwhelming and emotional decision-making process. They truly know us and our dogs—and unbelievably, our Rottie gets more excited when we pull into the animal hospital than she does at the dog park! We love Dr Chatterson! We live an hour away and will drive as far as we need to go for her care. I have worked around animals my whole life and have seen how other places run their practices from the front of the office to the private rooms, and they are all so personable here. I truly appreciate how Dr Chatterson takes the time to make pets feel comfortable and talk with the clients about continuing care plans.
